All orders will ship from London, United Kingdom. We aim to ship orders with three business days, however, it can take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once you place your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email when the order has shipped along with the corresponding tracking number.
International orders may be subject to import duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the fees. We cannot be held responsible for any amount charged by your chosen country. By placing an international order we assume you understand this policy.
Exchanges
You are free to exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. To exchange the item of your choice, please purchase your new desired item and return your initial item, following the procedure below.
Returns
We will happily accept any returns within 14 days of delivery. However, the returned product must be unworn and still have all the tags and labels intact and you will have to cover return shipping fees yourself. If you are unsure about your size please get in contact with us to clarify before you order. You can always contact us for any return question at info@bysunmonu.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
